Hi, My friends,I am going to negotiate with Nissan dealerships for a Nissan RogueS (FWD). I am wondering whether the below calcuation of my offer to the dealer is correct or not: Model: 2010 Nissan Rogue S 2WD C$21,664.- (invoice price) + C$1,560.- (freight) + C$100. (federal a/c excise tax) + C$80 (lien registration) + C$25. (provincial tire tax) + C$500. (dealer's profit) -------------------------------------------- =C$23,929.-X1.13=C$27,039.-However, I remember that a friend online mentioned that he paidC$26,300. for a Nissan Rogue SL 4WD and the average OTR price of Nissan Rogue S in GTA is C$25,000.-. Is my above calculation right or otherwise it's not the good timing of buying a car at this moment?Your kind input will highly appreciated.Have a great weekend.

It's a great time to buy cars, only if it were a Toyota. Still, you should be able to bargain some decent price or at least get some free upgrades. I can't see anything wrong with your calculations.
