Hi, I just finish the negotiation with kia dealer. $197.71 after GST b/w for 48 months for a 2010 Soul 2U auto. When should I sign the sales contract with dealer? Is the contract called Bill of Sales? anything else do I need sign for purchase or finance? Thanks
