Thumbs up Charged for stunt driving, first offense help!

On June 24th, I was driving down Micnicoll Rd eastbound. While approaching the intersection of Birchmount and coming to a stop (intersection), another vehicle (who happened to be my co worker) lost control of his vehicle and rear ended my car.The officers arrived at the scene and charged myself as well as my coworker for stunt driving. They claimed that they had 6 witnesses see myself as well as the vehicle who hit me, speeding. My coworker was charged with impaired driving as he was above the legal limit and I was not. The fact that myself and my coworker knew each other, came from the same location (work), and were seen by others witnesses as "speeding", the officer stated they had enough to charge me for stunt driving even though my co worker hit me. Through the entire drive, I was not speeding, or chasing any vehicle, while my coworker in the other hand appeared to be chasing me (as i noticed in my rear view mirror). The ticket that the officer gave me says that I was accused of going 90KM/H in a 50KM zone (which i was only going 60km). My question is, would the witnesses' statements hold up in court that I was in fact "speeding" despite the fact that they are not trainned and that the officer was not there to witness the incident?I have called X-copper, but from reading the forums on this site, it looks like they aren't as reputable as I thought. They have asked me to pay them $1130 to represent myself in court, etc. Please HELP!! I've been falsely charged for something i KNOW i did not do. Just because I knew my coworker, we left from the same place, and I drive a relatively nice vehicle (350z), was going in the same direction, the officer has given me all this trouble for nothing!!
