Thumbs up Failed E-Test - Any ideas?

Hi folks, I purchased a 99 Toyota Solara as is, and it failed the e-test. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas (judging by the numbers below) as to what might be the issue and if it'd be a massive repair bill? Or perhaps if the "Guaranteed to pass" product might work?ASM2525 TestHC PPM Limit: 57 Reading: 265 Result: FAILCO% Limit: 0.32 Reading: .57 Result: FAILNo PPM Limit: 421 Reading: 1700 Result: FAIL RPM 1660 Result: VALID Dilution 14.8 Result: VALIDCurb Idle testHC PPM Limit: 150 Reading 298 Result FAILCO% Limit 0.70 Reading 0.44 Result PASSNo PPM Limit na na na RPM 800 Result VALID Dilution 14.6 Result VALIDAny ideas? Thanks!
