Which Canadian Tires auto department in Richmond Hill/Vaughan you can refer?

I went to the CT across Vaughan Mill asking for a set of winter tires and their alloy rims. That guy did not seem to care and only checked his DOS green screen system saying your car does not show in my system. I said to him that before I came, I had checked Canadian Tires web site and those rims and tires are available for my car model (It is just a basic Mazda5). He said I don't know I can't find it in the system you should go to the dealer. I feel sorry for Canadian Tires having this kind of people as their staff and it seems like he is the senior staff/manager there as he was training another one Anyway, he didn't care the business at all, don't even expect he would offer any advice on what tires or rims to use. He basically only asked what model is your car, what size of tires you are looking for, no, it is not in the system...............Anyway, enough complaints, I am wondering if someone can refer a Canadian Tires location in Richmond Hill/Vaughan that I can get my rims and tires as I am planning to get the General Tire Altimax Arctic on sale right now.Thanks
