What else do I need for this basic tool kit?

Hello,I'm thinking of buying the following kit,http://www.ecstuning.com/News/Schwab...cialtyBitSet/I have a VW and parents also have one so a lot of the screws they use are Torx and some other ones. Being as how I would like to do some of the basic things like changing filters and such I'm looking into this. I dont have any tools for these cars so was thinking of picking up this kit or something similar of somebody has a recommendation. My question is it does not look like this kid comes with the actual hand tool that you put all these bits into & was wondering if anybody knew exactly what I needed?Thanks
