Thumbs up Batterie is dead on 2 year old 30000km, is there any way to get a new batterie free?

The car is a 2009 kia rio with 30000km. The car is warranty 5 year bumper to bumper but the batterie has only a warranty of one year.Do you know if there's a way to get a new one free?I'm in Quebec, so we have the OPC.I think 2 years for a batterie is not normal and should be consider a defect.
