Comes in complete retail box including the charger, retail box, documentation, restore USB stick. In absolute mint condition, no scratches or dents ANYWHERE! It has a full BestSkinsEver skin applied the very same day I've bought it. Battery is in excellent condition with only 58 cycle counts to date (out of a realistic 1000 charge count battery life). 1 year warranty has expired since it was bought on Oct 2010 (but you'll get the receipt anyways).
