Teksavvy - New DSL surprise charges? - CoolDeals.ca

I'm not a Teksavvy customer but this doesn't look promising.Apparently there's now an extra network fee charge for the 3M and 6M packages?Also looks like a mandatory modem rental for 25M service.I don't recall seeing some of these changes in their update page before today.What's happening with Teksavvy? Are they just losing it or is Bell taking them for a ride?
