Rogers Box - need advice

Hey there..looking for a little advice.I just got a new Sony TV from Future Shop during the boxing week sales.I have basic Rogers digital cable that's paid in my condo fees...so there's no point in my switching from Rogers for cable.I currently have Rogers for internet and Distributel for homephone. Not paying anything for TV right now since I didn't have one, aside from what's in the condo fees.I don't have a Rogers box right now but would like to get one. Haven't decided on PVR or just HD.I'm wondering if I should buy one outright or rent one from them. If I buy it outright, how much would I be paying rogers for TV ? Is there a charge to activate and then an HD charge on top of what I'm paying through my condo fees ?Thanks !
