PSN - 2 Download only or ? download between 2 machines?

Sorry if this was posted before but;I got in a debate with a friend today regarding how psn now deals with psn purchases.I am pretty sure its ? downloads per activated machines, while he thinks its 2 download period.Situation ?:* On Jan 27th, you purchase and download ICO on both of your ps3, for some reason, both your ps3 explodes (literally).* You happen to be rich and repurchase and replace both ps3. Login to sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and deactivate all your media and devices.* Login with your purchase account on the new ps3s and re-activate the machines, download ICO on both machine. Everything is golden.Situation 2 download:* On Jan 27th, you purchase and download ICO on both of your ps3, for some reason, both your ps3 explodes (literally).* You happen to be rich and repurchase and replace both ps3. Login to sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and deactivate all your media and devices.* Login with your purchase account on the new ps3s and re-activate the machines, download ICO but it won't let you because you've downloaded 2 copies already.Does anyone know better?HK PSN says this for full game purchases:---Quote--- 'one time fee for use or download on up to 2 console system and 2 portable system that are compatible with the content and associated with the purchase account'---End Quote---
