Absolute cheapest place to get a 360 Slim? Best 360 games?

Many moons ago I had a 360 but eventually sold it once I got a decent enough PC to play all the games I was missing out on. I'm contemplating picking up another one for Forza 4, and am curious to where to get a cheap 360 Slim (hard-drive needed; doesn't matter size), and what games are good?I basically have all the good games available on 360 on PS3 or PC already, but I realize there are some exclusives. Looking for jRPGs mostly, since 360 oddly enough has a large amount of them.
