Say Goodbye to Microsoft Points - To be Replaced with Real Money

It looks like Microsoft Points will be phased out by the end of the year, according to the link I posted below. The change will affect purchases made for Windows Phone, the Zune marketplace and Xbox Live.By the end of 2012, all transactions will be based on the region set on the purchasing account and real money will be used to purchase all content.Personally, I think this is a good idea in the long run. I just hope we will still be able to get deals on the new Microsoft Gift Cards that will eventually be released.
