Canada Post Delievered Wrong package but right Tracking number - CoolDeals.ca

As usual, they left a delivery card in my mailboxAfter I picked it up and came home, I noticed it had the wrong package/address but right tracking number. Was this Canada Post's mistake or the company i bought it from?Is it possible my package was sent to this wrong address?
