A bunch of Dollarama stores around Windsor have Philips 3 outlet taps. They're green and kind of cross shaped, similar to this (

On every one, some of the metal slots aren't parallel to the plastic slot. On some, they're bent even more and facing the top or bottom of the plastic slot. This seems suspicious. I don't expect such low quality from Philips. Could these be counterfeit or quality control rejects? Does Dollarama sell things like that?I only noticed this because I got a 3 outlet tap from Princess Auto which was bent inside and unusable. Sure, the price is great, but quality matters here. A bad connection can lead to overheating and a fire.In both cases, UL hologram stickers were there. I guess those are probably worthless because they're easy to fake?
