Question Telus recently changed their Terms and Agreement, Can I get out of Contract?

Last month, I saved the web page that listed the Telus terms and agreement and compared this today's terms and agreements. There is many things added and omitted from the previous terms and agreements. Is that enough to get out of a contract? Thanks

you give it a try, the worst they will say is no or if you really want out then you need to pay a fine. usually the contract force you to stay in it so they can get their money's worth even if they change the term of service.

In the term of service, it usually say, "our term of service are being regularly update" or something on that line this is their loop hole.

They likely won't budge. Big companies have themselves covered as hiyatran mentioned.
