http://sports.ca.msn.com/top-stories...940---Quote--- The University of Waterloo has suspended its football program for one year, following the biggest steroid investigation in Canadian university history. The suspension was announced Monday after an investigation into allegations that several members of the Warriors football team had used performance-enhancing drugs. Sources say several athletes admitted using steroids. This came after a police investigation into stolen goods uncovered a stash of steroids in a home near Waterloo, Ont., in March. Police charged a member of the Warriors football team, 23-year-old Nathan Zettler, with possession for the purpose of trafficking steroids. He was a wide receiver and more recently a defensive back on the team. A teammate, Mathew Valeriote, was charged with possession of stolen goods, along with former player Eric Legare. In late March all 65 players on the Waterloo football team were tested for the use of performance-enhancing drugs by officials from Canadian Interuniversity Sport and the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport, Canada's drug-testing authority. Officials from the University of Waterloo, the CIS and the CCES are to hold a news conference Monday to discuss the investigation and team suspension.---End Quote---Not too shocking for those in football circles. To put this in perspective, there are whispers in many high school circles that it's well known who's juicing. Same for OVFL, etc. As long as the kid is performing on the field it's not in the best interests of the team or coaches to report it. Why should it be any different at the uni level?

Personally, I don't believe for a moment this is limited to one school, I think every player needs to be tested, coast to coast.
