How to curb appetite
I'm having a tough time losing the 10lbs of belly fat I need to loose . I find that even though I eat healthy meals throughout the day (5) that by the end of the night I'm still hungry and eat shortly before bed. I don't keep any junk food in the house but I'll end up having cereal, trail mix, etc. I do eat a lot of protein as well and try to limit my carb intake.Sometimes I'll chew gum or brush my teeth but my will power isn't that strong.I also workout at night (after dinner) as that's the only time I can do it.Any tips ?
