What's the best thing(s) to eat prior to a workout.
I just wanted to know what the best thing to eat prior to a workout. I plan to work out in the morning during the summer and then after the summer, work out in the evening. Today I ate cereal, banana, and an apple. I did a hard ab/chest workout and it didn't go well with my stomach ... most likely the milk :S. I waited 30 min after I ate to work out. I'm thinking for an early morning workout, Toast, fruit, and fruit drink will be good. Maybe toss in a few eggs or something else :S. Workout info: Age - 25 Weight - 135 Height - 5.6 Target heart Rate - 125-135 Thanks
