I'm looking for a weight gainer to supplement the my daily not-so-intense training. I'm a lactose itolerant person.I think I'm getting weaker (lost 2-3 lbs) as I just started gyming a week ago.What do you guys suggest I get and where should I get it from? Somewhat tight on the budget so cost consideration would be a appreciated.Also, I've been a vegetarian my entire life so it's hard to start eating meat for greater protein intake.
