Are SmartPowders.com or TrueProtein.com reliable for Canadians?

Hey folks,I'm looking to create a custom blend for my pre-workout stack, and these sites seem highly regarded on the American side. Do you guys have any experience with them? Both in terms of their shipping and the quality of their own branded powders.They seem to be affiliated and to me just look like different branding on the same stuff (the sign up form and its wording is pretty much identical).Thanks in advance.
