Combat fitness classes?
So I like the exercises people do for martial arts classes warm-up (e.g. at karate), but don't want to do martial arts. Found combat fitness classes at Goodlife and RevMMA - I think it's not worth the money paying monthly fees for 2 classes a week at these places. And no, I don't want to do taebo at home ("combat fitness" is just the new name for it I guess). Any suggestions in the GTA, or even if you know of a MA school that lets you stay at the first level or don't do sparring?
