Default Best Foods for "No carb" Diet?


I've been trying out a no carb (well really low carb, can't avoid them 100%) diet lately, and it seems to be working. It's only been like a week, but its hard to stick to since the foods I'm eating are basically the same, but it does seem to be somewhat working so far. Today I felt really hungry though and ended up eating a subway footlong, but if I have a decent amount to choose from for meals / snacks, I think I could stick to it long term.Is it bad to do no carb and workout at the same time though? I'm thinking about starting insanity again.Btw, main goal is to lose like 10-15lbs of fat or so, and just look more fit.
