Panama?

Anyone ever been to Panama? I'm considering going to the Royal Decameron in April. I've spent my last two summers spending a significant amount of time backpacking in Europe and was looking for a change of pace vacation this time around. I was thinking about going for a week and I did the all inclusive thing once before in Cuba, but I didn't like it very much because of the food and there wasn't really much that caught my eye excursion wise. So basically what I'm asking is if the food is good and is there stuff to do/see that's worth the money in Panama?
